Since it is the beginning of February, I want to know how everyone did on their personal goals. Have you been exercising as much as you said, eating better, lost any weight, gained muscle, etc. Let's just see how everyone is progressing. So post about how you are coming on your goals, or if you have met your goals and need to revamp them.Hope you are all keeping up the hard work. I have been hearing rumors about some bomb family trips for all who are actively participating.

We have started eating out less, it will be even easier in march when Krystee's shift changes to 7-3:30. I've played a lot of raquetball, tennis, and bball while Krystee has worked out at Bally's. 6 packs all the way
